This was an exclusive edition for the hummel club in 2000/2001. The bottom is engraved 2025/a and 1997. It si in new / mint condition. It was stored in its box since the lady who collected these (my best friend's mom) ran out of display space many years ago. She collected fro about 50 years. It will come packed like the factory packed it, in tis well padded factory box and then that box will be placed inside another box. The certificate, in two languages - german and english - is included. Hummels were made by goebel in bavaria, germany. The goebel company dates to 1871 and is knwon for its amazing workmanship. All hummels are being discontinued thsi year, according to the hummelmania yahoo group. The factory box is 15 1/8 x 12 ¾ x 11.5 inches. The outer bxo will be larger, making this a large package.
